They are administered by the internal AIDES support service on the website eprev.aides.org.
Users are likely to have their personal data collected only when they open an account.
Personal data policy
The personal data collected on registration forms available on the eprev.aides.org website and recorded by the AIDES association are intended to support users in scheduling reminders (screening, groups, vaccination) , order materials and have access to risk reduction tools.
The information collected on this form is recorded in a computerized file by AIDES - Tour Essor / 14 rue Scandicci 93 500 Pantin and intended for the AIDES association and third parties mandated by AIDES for internal management purposes, to inform you and respond to your requests.
The personal data (telephone numbers) that are collected on partner notification forms are intended to invite the recipients of these messages (SMS) to take a screening test. No phone number is saved on the eprev.aides.org website, the numbers are deleted as soon as the notification is sent or an hour passes without sending.
This data may be transferred to third parties within the European Union.
In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés" and the General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD), you can object to the use of your personal data on request from the AIDES support service by email : supportspot (at) aides.org or by mail to: AIDES - Personal data - Tour Essor - 14 rue Scandicci - 93508 Pantin.
